Welcome to Kudo, a tiny gluten-free bakery. We recently turned two, and have taken great joy in baking every day. On our menu are a daily rotating series of sourdough, miche, small buns and breads. We’re also known for our canelés, made with beeswax and copper moulds the French way.
One of us (Elena) has a Vietnamese heritage, so you’ll find Asian influences – matcha, spiced coffee, black sesame – in what we brew and bake.
